Ordering and shipping
How fast will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from Port Coquitlam, BC, and you get a tracking number by email. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $140 or more in BC and $150 or more in the rest of Canada. Below that it’s $8–$15 in BC and $10–$20 elsewhere in Canada. A few oversized or hazardous items (UPANG sterilizers, Kefii cleansers, Momsboards) have their own rates. See Shipping & Pickup for the full table.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes, to the US mainland, with duties prepaid. Shipping is $60–$70 and free on orders of $250 or more. Chezbebe items can’t be shipped to the US.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready. Pickup is free in Port Coquitlam, BC, and it’s the easiest option for large items.
Will I pay customs duties or import fees?
No. We import directly from Korea and pay the duties, so the price you see is the price you pay. US orders are also shipped with duties prepaid.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us right away with your order number. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships. Once it has shipped, the return policy applies.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Email us first for a return authorization. Original and return shipping, handling and a restocking fee of 10–35% are deducted from the refund. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Which items can’t be returned?
Sale items, pre-order items, hygiene-related items, and anything marked final sale or exchange only on its product page. UPANG sterilizers are final sale because they are imported to order; they are covered by a 6-month warranty instead.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not directly. Return the item following the return process, then place a new order for the one you want.
Pre-orders
How do pre-orders work?
Some brands, such as Bapull and Creamhaus, are imported to order. You pay in full when you order, the pre-order closes on the date shown on the product page, and your order ships from our BC warehouse about two months after it closes. We email you a tracking number when it ships, and we keep you updated if anything changes.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-order items are non-refundable, because we place the order with the maker based on what was pre-ordered. If your situation changes before the pre-order closes, email us with your order number and we’ll see what we can do.
Products
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Mamarang Enterprises Ltd. is the official Canadian distributor for UPANG and imports every brand directly from the maker in Korea.
Will Korean electronics work in Canada?
Every UPANG sterilizer we sell is the 120 V North American model with a standard Canadian plug. No adapter needed.
Is there a warranty?
UPANG sterilizers come with a 6-month warranty through Mamarang. For other products, contact us if anything is wrong on arrival and we’ll work with the brand on a solution.
Do you have a store I can visit?
We’re an online store with a pickup location in Port Coquitlam, BC. Order online, then pick up or have it shipped.
