US Mainland / CA Provinces other than BC

• Orders $0.00 – $49.99 = $30.00
• Orders $50.00 – $99.99 = $25.00
• Orders $100.00 – $119.99 = $20.00
• Orders $120.00 – $149.99 = $15.00
