Return & Refund Policy
At Mamarang, customer satisfaction is important to us—but due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
- You must request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, unopened, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- To start a return, contact us at info@mamarang.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, with no exceptions:
- Sale items
- Pre-order items
- Any product explicitly marked “non-refundable” or “final sale” or “exchange only” in the product description
- Custom, personalized, perishable, or hygiene-related items
Please carefully read the product description before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review and assist on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. The following will be deducted from the refund:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost (based on actual carrier rate)
- Handling fee
- Restocking fee of 10% to 35%, depending on the item’s condition and packaging integrity
We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a higher restocking fee for items that are not in original condition.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
