Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase.
- Once your shipment is ready, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping Coverage
- We are based in Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada, and ship across North America.
- We use USS / Purolator / Canada Post / USPS for shipment.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and item size.
- Free shipping is available on eligible orders over a certain amount, depending on the delivery location.
- Special handling and oversized items are excluded from free shipping, even if your order meets the free shipping threshold.
- Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Local Pickup & Delivery
- Free Local Pickup is available in Port Coquitlam, BC. We will contact you to schedule a pickup time.
- Local Delivery is available within the Greater Vancouver Area for an additional fee. Delivery fee and eligibility are determined at checkout.
- Orders including oversized or special-handling items may incur additional delivery fees regardless of order total.
